Team member Blade lifter / SPMT (m/f/d)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! – Reinforcement for our BLADELIFTER/SPMT TEAM

Do you love technology, large machines and truly extraordinary transport operations? Then P. Adams Heavy Transport is the right place for you! We are looking to reinforce our BLADELIFTER / SPMT TEAM – travelling throughout Europe, with a focus on wind power and industry (e.g. rotor blades, tower segments, plant/large components).

Your responsibilities:

The various tasks within the team are carried out flexibly by the team members:

  • Operating our SPMTs and the Blade Lifter
  • Coupling, moving, manoeuvring – with millimetre precision
  • Instructing the operator during difficult driving manoeuvres
  • Driving the push/pull truck and the equipment truck
  • Assisting with load securing and preparation for use
  • Performing basic checks/maintenance on the equipment, working cleanly on the construction site
  • Close coordination within the team with dispatchers, drivers and assembly staff

What you should bring:

  • Technical understanding and a taste of large equipment
  • Willingness to travel (assignments lasting several days)
  • Experience in heavy transport/construction sites is a plus – career changers welcome
  • Driving licence (e.g. C/CE) an advantage
  • Reliability, team spirit, clean & safe working practices
