01/06/2010: Heinrich Schwertransporte GmbH becomes part of the Adams group

As per June 1st, 2010, the Adams group acquired a majority interest in Heinrich Schwertransporte Dresden Gmbh. Mr Ahrndt Schütz, so far managing director of the company, will stay shareholder of Heinrich.   Through this acquisition, a company with more than 50 employees, 35 of whom in heavy haulage and assembly, is created. Next to the two main sites in St. Vith (B) and Dresden (D), the group has offices in Weiswampach (L) and heavy lift quays in Westerlo (B) and Charleroi (B). It can rely on 20 heavy duty tractors, 100 axle lines, 20 special trailers, SPMT, jacking and skidding equipment, etc.   From now on, Heinrich Dresden can profit from the large equipment pool of the Adams group and its experience in the execution of heavy transports above 150 to.
