As you might have heard, ADM Team Heavy Weight in B – Geel has been taken over by Aertssen Group from Antwerp.
In the past, there has sometimes been confusion between ADM Team Heavy Weight on one side, and our Belgian subsidiary Trans ADM on the other side –due to the similarity in the company names and due to the almost identical design of the trucks. ADM Team Heavy Weight was founded in 1998 by Peter Adams and its former owner Eric Hufkens and was managed by both until 2007, when Eric Hufkens took over the company and managed it on his own. This company has now been taken over by Aertssen Group.
P. Adams with our local companies Trans ADM in Belgium, Transpalux in Luxembourg and Heinrich Schwertransporte in Germany stays an independent company. We are available to our customers and partners as usual and are looking forward to working with you on our common challenges.
We wish Aertssen Group a lot of success with their new location.
