## Self-propelled motorised trailers(SPMTs)

Our **self-propelled modular trailers,** also known as SPMTs, are modular vehicles equipped with several hydrostatically driven axles. Each axle module is equipped with its own powerpack unit, operated via **remote control**.

These SPMTs are used primarily in situations where classical pulling units have too little space or cannot provide the necessary traction. Their flexibility and performance make them an ideal solution for complex and heavyweight transport requirements where **precision** and **adaptability** are called for.

We have both **mechanically** steered **SPMTs**, which can be combined with our conventional modules, and **electronically steered modules** via the [Multilift partnership.](/company/partnerships/)
