# Transport of 2 massive bridge sections from Belgium to France

			
The transport of 2 bridge sections, each measuring 27.00 x 4.65 x 2.50m, 125 tonnes, demanded everything from our team. After 2 nights of transport with total dimensions of 49.50 x 4.65 x 4.00m, 240 tonnes (17-axle trailer with pulling and pushing truck), the parts were brought to the final assembly site in another overnight operation via a tram line and through a narrow driveway. Finally, they were driven into position with millimetre precision to be welded into one part at a later stage.
