In July 2009, we were responsible for moving a transformer from Moorburg power station to Wedel power station. The whole transport chain, from disassembly in Moorburg to installation onto foundations in Wedel, was organized by our company.
After disassembly, the transformer was loaded on our trailer by a mobile crane and then transported to a nearby quay. There, it was taken over by floating crane which moved it to Wedel power station. Next, the transformer was loaded on our trailer, placed next to the foundation and then installed using our skidding system.
